Dr Orman is so attentive and patient with my 98- year- old mother. My mother loves her and actually follows the advice she gives, even though it is the same advice I have given that she won't follow (like waiting on the caregivers to arrive before dressing herself or not taking a shower when she is home alone).

From the smile on Diane's face when you enter the waiting room to the extended time patience are given every single time. You feel like you are dealing with family. They know you and they are straight with you. Sometimes you don't want to here what they are telling you but just like family it is in your best interest. They want you know they care about you.. Occasionally when I do all the things I am suppose to do recognition of the improvements and the efforts of taking control of my own health is very rewarding. I have recommended this practice to many of my friends.

The people are the greatest asset at my Agewell office! The office staff, the medical assistants and major praise for Dr Orman. I always feel welcomed and cared for. Dr Orman always takes her time and never have I felt like she was in a hurry. She's always thorough and I feel like she cares. Last year I switched my medicare advantage plan. This increased my social security check by about $170 a month. I later found out Agewell did not accept that plan. I switched back as soon as it was an option. It's well worth it.
