As explained above Dr. Medina's manor was exemplary in how he interacted with me in his explanation as to what he had found and the time he spent making sure I was understanding what I was being told. There was something that just made me feel very comfortable with him and immediately thought guy is a "doctor" like you imagine they would be. Hopefully I will never need his services but if I did I would see him without delay.
