Dr Farooq explained how and what the cystoscopy would show an image of my bladder. He also showed me pictures of what a healthy and unhealthy bladder looked like.

During my appointment Dr. Farook accepted a personal cell phone call regarding his new house. He stayed in the office and spoke to the caller for several minutes. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Dr. Farooq is very personable/friendly, and he tells it like it is. He orders tests to get a diagnosis instead of just going by what I as a patient say and giving a diagnosis based on that.

Now 4 times out of 4 I have experienced severe kidney infections following kidney stone blasting. I asked for the consideration after my most recent surgery for proactive prevention care and he and he just said no. In-patient he didn't check on me though the nurses chattered he was on my hall.

I like the energy he brings when he walks into the room. He treats his nurse staff with respect. He keeps me updated on what he is seeing concerning my condition.
