The PA, Sean I believe, was attentive, thorough and very nice and I appreciate that he was apologetic for wait times even though it wasn’t his fault it was Christmas Day and there were a million people there. Also, he did a thorough exam which I appreciated! Looked in my ears, nose, throat, and listening to my breathing!
