Nurse practitioner did a strep test on my son when we did not think he had strep. It was positive and we are glad she tested for it!

He did his best, but I haven't heard from him since. I was told that once something was detected, I would receive further information. And if some did call I requested communication via my chart as well. Therefore there is really not excuse for the ball drop.

Dr. Cruz was so unbelievable professional and efficient. I had an xray and nasal swab to test for Covid, Influenza A, Infuenza B, and RSV. He did a thorough exam on my chest and a nebulizer. He then said I could go home and will follow up. He called several times during the day with results of the Xray and then later in the day to tell me that I tested positive for Influenza A. The fact I did not have to stay and wait for endless hours was so nice.
