He told it to me like it is in a way I understood especially about my triglycerides and my overall weight. I need to lose weight in the New Year. I feel amazing an healthy but I’m in the obese category & it’s not good long term. I may get away with it while I’m young but in the long run it is going to affect my health so I have to be disciplined and self aware conscious of portion control and up my cardio.
