I did not really want to go in to the bartlett immediate care center, but I needed to. I'd had some very bad experiences there over the years, but I was so pleasantly surprised at the pleasant person at the desk, the medical assistant, the kindest helpful X-ray tech who acknowledge my pain and was cautious in every way possible. I was offered a "hat" so it would be easier to obtain my urine sample, I can't even explain how helpful that was. They were all just so professional yet caring and kind. The wonderful Dr Gabriel showed a respectfulness, competence and a willingness to listen to all the pertinent details in order to make a proper diagnosis and give the right advice. I had not experienced that in years gone by so I was pleasantly surprised, grateful and appreciative, and I can only HOPE all those same people would be there for any friend, loved one or for myself in the future.

Dr. Ritter is so awesome and I’m so grateful to her. She was able to see me an hour earlier than previously scheduled- as requested. She was kind, quick and efficient when diagnosing me. Dr. Ritter ensured that urgent care had what they needed so I can get my lab work and then she prioritized reading the results and calling in my prescription - this was done all in 2-3 hours from when I first met her. I am so grateful, thanks Dr. Ritter!

Once I finally got there and got a much better receptionist, the second time everything went very smoothly Dr.sirhan Has a great air about her, she’s kind of like a normal person.. None of that I’m the doctor and you are not attitude is pretty refreshing. We like our regular MD for that reason.
