I have always found her to be the very best in professionalism, bedside manner and knowledge! An example is with this latest visit. I had an increasing problematic issue and communicated it to her by MYNM message. Her office called me to follow up and schedule an appointment. She actually scheduled an appointment on the same day my wife had an infusion scheduled that allowed us to do it all at one time. That is just how Dr Munshi is, the best!

The assistant on duty and a nurse took my vitals without delay. Dr. Gustas read my reason for being there before he entered the exam room. After listening to my description of what happened, and touching the back of my head, he arranged for us to go immediately to NW downtown for a CT scan. Staff there read the order and were prepared when I arrived. After a brief wait my head was scanned. Within an hour Dr. Gustas telephoned me to say there was no damage. My son and I are impressed! Thanks to all staff who participated in my care.
