Dr. Ritter was professional, friendly and compassionate. She called in a prescription for an antibiotic right away and recommended probiotics to prevent stomach upset. She also offered to email me a list of doctors since I no longer have a primary care physician. She also stressed the importance of being seen in Northwestern’s urgent care if my infection didn’t improve over the next few days.
