The MD was professional and kind to my family. My above rating has to do with the staffing, waiting times, and the lack of communication/ updates. It took use 2 1/2 to get out of urgent care. The MD and staff appeared to be tired and over worked. Please ensure adequate staffing, breaks, and support.
