She was hands on to rule out what my symptoms could have been like a vertigo test. She conferred with Dr. Pipitone and they erred on the side of caution and sent me to the ER for additional testing STAT to rule out a stroke or heart issue. Very pleased with her thoroughness.

Very capable, caring and personable. She was able to remove the stitches with little discomfort even though they were very tight. Listened to my concerns regarding my experience in Urgent Care. Educated me on the fact that Medicare would have covered the tetanus shot because it was needed due to my laceration, even though the Urgent Care Dr. Told me I had to have the shot at a pharmacy. Checked heart and lungs and made sure I had no other questions or concerns.
