She's listens to your concerns, always on time, doesn't rush you thru, knowledgeable, informative, helpful. You can tell she always has a smile on her face (even with her mask on). She's awesome- favorite!! Janet is as well!! Great team!

Nikki was great! She was friendly, listened well, and gave me time to explain my medical problem. But she also worked very fast to get me the care I needed. She personally called to make an immediate appointment for my ultrasound to check for a blood clot, and once the ultra sound was complete, she talked to me at the hospital to give me further instructions. Starting from my appointment with Nikki, all of this was completed in under 3 hours. She also set up a return appointment in 3 days, before I needed to travel to make sure my wound was improving. I felt like I received very personal and immediate care from her.
