Ms. Tang was most professional and competent as well as friendly, welcoming. She was professional, thorough as well as responsive to all my questions. She took extra time to explain one of my symptoms as well as gave helpful suggestions for further care. I am elderly and lived my entire life building and comforted by a relationship with a primary medical doctor. Guess I need to get use to the new face of medicine. My feelings should in no way be understood as a statement of dissatisfaction with the response from the attending PA.
