Dr. Hephner is the first doctor in decades who has listened to what I actually want and need in a primary care provider. Instead of lecturing me about different health items like a difficult and ignorant child (like nearly all previous PCPs I’ve seen) she is a partner in my health and respects that I can make my own decisions with the information provided. She is a truly wonderful physician.

She is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. She asks how I'm doing.... She treats the patient too not just the illness. Everything she had recommended has benefited me in some way.

She’s so nice and personable. She talked to me about what I’m doing in school and where I’m going to medical school and tried everything to try to find why I’m having cold intolerance and I didn’t feel like she dismissed it even though there was nothing on the labs
