Dr. Hephner takes her time with her patients. She truly listens to any and all concerns which doesn’t happen in medicine these days. I am very grateful for her conversation, treatment plan, and willingness to work with her patient and their needs.

I have been seeing Dr Hephner for about 15 years. She takes the time at each appointment to really listen to me and she is very caring. I feel like I’m visiting a long time friend at each appointment. Thank you Dr Hephner!!

She is amazing. I know doctors have a time limit and it's totally understandable. Dr. Hephner is always attentive. She listens before reacting. She never interrupts. I've had doctors who have. She is genuinely concerned. Respectful and a very beautiful quirky sense of humor. She gets me in a lot of ways.

She took her time answering all my questions. Was prepared for my appointment by reviewing prior health issues. She gave me pros & cons to vaccinations that are optional. She’s calm, empathetic & knowledgeable!

HOW LUCKY CAN WE BE TO HAVE A DOCTOR LIKE HER. SHE IS SMART AND VERY HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING THAT SHE TELLS ME. YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HER. AND, I AM OLD, AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY DOCTORS, AND SHE IS THE BEST! I HOPE SHE WON'T EVER LEAVE!

Dr. Hephner is respectful and caring. She makes my healing journey bearable, and makes sure we are a team, making decisions together. I trust her more than i have trusted any other physician.

We love Dr Hephner and I feel comfortable knowing that now, as my kids are pre- teen & teenager, that she will give them quality care. My kids also like the care they receive from her as she seems sweet (nice) and relatable to them.
