Dr Hephner is such a sweet personality. I have no problems with my kids trusting her with their thoughts and questions. She always engages in relatable conversation and Listens to questions and concerns.

She takes the time to answer all your questions. You are never rushed. Extremely knowledgeable. Hey suggestions and treatment area always spot on. She treats the patient not just the illness. If there is some type of recognition for doctor's at NM I would be happy to sponsor Dr hephner. She deserves it. The quality of care she provides is rare.

Dr Hephner is an excellent doctor.I have done numerous surveys on each and every doctor I see.The only thing I don’t like is these surveys every time I see a doctor and often times fir the same doctor. I think I am not doing these surveys anymore, unless it is a new doctor.

She's easy to talk to and addresses any concerns I have at our appointments, recommends any new actions or tests, goes thru all lab/blood results and notes any possible signals or alarms that she sees in the results.
