Dr Jao is caring and thorough. She always listens and addresses all concerns. I never feel rushed with her and she has the patience of a saint to deal with me and my kids. My kids all feel comfortable with her, they are never shy to answer her questions or interact with her.

Dr. Jao takes time to listen to her patients healthcare and well being needs. Her office is much more than an in and out doctor office she knows her patients and her patients history. Her nurses return phone calls and make sure patients are seen, Dr. Jao makes sure the whole child is cared for mentally, emotionally as well as physically from birth through college age.

Dr Jao has been taking care of all my kids since birth and they love her. She’s thorough and makes sure all issues are addressed. Most importantly the kids love her, she makes them feel at ease and my kids are not scared of going to the doctor and also take everything she says seriously.
