Professional and friendly. A delight to deal with. We love our regular MD, and always prefer to see him if possible (my little guy is shy), however Dr. Jao had the perfect mixture of confidence and ease and he opened right up to her. Despite the circumstances, it was a wonderful experience.

Dr. Jao was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us so much of her time during the visit. Not once did I feel rushed or leave with u answered questions. She gave such helpful advice and tips. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience. My 20 month old actually had fun during his visit.

Dr Jao answers every single question patiently. She doesn't make us feel rushed or as though she has to be elsewhere. She is incredibly gentle with our newborn and explains what she's doing and provides us with real time observations as she asseses our newborn. Overall, we have loved our visits with Dr Jao and the nm peds facility.
