I always have like Dr Jao, but today I had an exceptional experience. Firstly, she had no available appointments when I scheduled, so I agreed to see another doctor. They called me and immediately were able to get me in with Dr Jao, as I had already previously been discussing some concerns with her. She listened to my concerns as well as listened to what my daughter had to say and displayed so much care and compassion. She was never dismissive and thoroughly checked out everything to make sure nothing was being missed or overlooked. I am grateful for her and how she cared for my daughter and took in everything my daughter said as well as my concerns. I cannot express how grateful I was for our appointment today.

This was our first time seeing Dr Jao and I was very impressed with the level of care that she provided and the attention that she gave both my daughter as the patient and me as the mother. I felt heard and respected.

Always the best experience seeing Dr. Jao and her nurses. The are the best of the best. Wouldn't go to any other pedestrian

She is very attentive and is ready to listen to your concerns. She includes the child in the visit and makes sure child and parent leave feeling good.

Dr. Jao always takes the time to listen and give advice. I really appreciate as well that in the past when my son has had a minor cold or a rash Dr. Jao is great about responding via MyChart if I reach out with any concerns.

Fantastic Doctor! Our family has been with Dr. Jao for year! She takes the time to listen to questions or concerns and gives authentic suggestions! I’m very happy to have her as a pediatrician for my kids!

Dr. Jao was amazing! She took her time and was extremely thorough. This was our first visit with her as we came over from another pediatrician. We are definitely glad we made the switch.

Dr.Jao took time to care for my kids. I love how she interacts with them. She’s very kind and caring. We always feel comfortable in every time we see her. I highly recommend Dr.Jao to everyone I know with kids. My kids love her dearly! :)
