I absolutely adore my Primary Care Provider and her team. They are very efficient. Which is a lost art in this day and age.

She did such an excellent job of making me feel listened to. I didn’t feel rushed, she took her time, talked with me, made referrals and recommendations and made me feel really comfortable.

Dr Jacobs provides extremely thorough care and wonderful bedside manner. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. She never made me feel rushed and was very patient with all of my many questions. She addressed all of my concerns and even expressed empathy. She provided guidance and a treatment plan to better my physical and mental health. I appreciate all of her time, feedback and holistic view of my health!

I didn’t feel rushed. She is patient, kind and genuinely listened to my concerns, so felt heard and validated. She was Knowledgeable of other programs and specialist to recommend. My exam went smoothly & efficient. I would recommend because of her knowledge, patience and kindness.

Great “bedside” manner, very communicative, engaged, thorough and helpful—a real sense of being heard and feeling that I’m well cared-for. We haven’t been together that long, but Dr. Jacobs is already one of the best doctors I’ve encountered across specialties. I hope she can be my PCP for years to come!

Dr. Jacobs is the absolute kindest, most supportive doctor I've ever had in my life (and I'm 56 years old.) She listens carefully and is contemplative and thoughtful about deciding what to do with my health and my concerns. She doesn't dismiss me at all and I feel that she really cares about me as a person and as a patient. She is a lovely person and I feel blessed to have found her as a doctor.

She first explained what we would do on the appointment and asked if that was okay. She was very thorough, nice, easy to talk to, professional, and I never felt rushed. She made sure I talked to her about everything I needed to.
