I really love my PCP, Dr. Maura Jacobs. She's the first doctor that I've had as an adult who I really feel like listens to me and remembers my history/reads through my chart before I come to my appointment. She makes sure I raise all my concerns and is totally non judgmental- exactly what you'd hope for in a doctor.

She spent plenty of time with me to familiarize herself with my history and we discussed various medical issues I had. I didn’t feel like I wasn’t being heard or that she wanted to get it over. I also appreciated that she didn’t discuss my weight or BMI.

Dr. Jacobs is the best primary care physician I have had. I feel she takes her time to listen and feel all my concerns are heard and responded to accordingly. She is an incredible physician.

Dr. Jacobs has a very simple and compassionate approach. She listens to the patient, offers genuine feedback and always does her best to answer all questions and concerns presented to her. I don't feel rushed and/ or intimidated by her in anyway.

She was patient in explaining to me how to take care of my health. She took her time to listen to me and check that everything was fine with me. She told me about exams and things she could do to better monitor my health. I am so glad I found Dr. Jacobs.

She was attentive, thorough, and kind. I only wish it wasn’t so difficult to schedule with her, but that tends to be the reality for the best docs in my past experience.

I’ve had no issues, she is pleasant and explains things well, gave me room to ask questions and showed that she was listening to me by referencing something I said earlier in the apt.
