When she came into the office she had looked at all my records and discussed them with me and listened to what I had concerns with. She told me things she would like for me to do and never once did she make me feel rushed or like she need to be somewhere else. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

Dr. Jacobs is amazing! She listens well and provides her feedback and includes me in the decision making process for my care plan. The MA, Cindy I believe was her name, was very friendly & roomed me right away & was great at explaining everything she was doing.

She is very present with the patient's needs. She is calm and takes time to listen. She discusses everything needing attention and tries to accommodate the patient in every possible way. She is human first and a doctor second. I am very glad to have her as my family doctor.

Dr Jacobs is so nice and relatable! She is one of those rare doctors that you feel like is actually listening. I go out of my way to stay with her at this location even though I’m now closer to the new OIP location.
