Dr. Kandl was very patient in explaining what to expect from my hearing during the next several months. She tested me using several different sounds and explained beforehand what and why she would test. She was also understanding and cordial about the delay.

Dr. Kandl is extremely helpful and provides detail instructions regarding hearing impairment treatment and audiology hearing aide equipment use/operation. Dr. Kandl is very professional and highly competent in her medical specialty.

She helps out every-time ASAP. She will get you in to help you as soon as she can to get your issues resolved. She follows up with emails to see how you are doing and just to see how equipment is working. Very patient and explains and shows you what needs to be done. Easy to work with and friendly.
