Dr. Lindsay Kandl is fantastic. She’s very helpful and proactive. I was having issues with my new cochlear device and she called cochlear directly to resolve and after their attempts were unsuccessful, asked them to overnight me a new processor. Lastly, she handled sending back the malfunctioning processor. I felt like I truly had a hearing advocate.

I answered that on the question before. She can explain my questions so I feel like I can really use my hearing aids. I never feel like she is frustrated by my questions. She demonstrates how to fix the volume by using my phone. She always checks at the beginning of the visit to make sure they are working properly. She is a real asset to Northwestern’s Department.
