see above comments. supberb diagnostician. figured out on most recent appt that my cochlear implant was not working. my cochlear implant has 3 parts: processor, cord, and battery. it is a complex set up. She was able to provide a CI processor until my next appt. she is very attentive and patient.

Lindsay was the only Audiologist I have seen over the last decade (approximately 10 Audiologists) that was able to improve my ability to hear and understand spoken language. She is extremely professional and the most capable Audiologist I have experienced in over 20 years of wearing hearing aids.

She listened to what I was saying regarding the change in my hearing and made adjustments to improve it. Very professional, friendly, and truly listens and answers all questions. She did not rush to get us out the door. Made sure everything was good.

Lindsay is caring and very knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to help me with my new Cochlear upgrade, setting up my auxiliary devices to work with the new model - Cochlear Nucleus 8. She advised me about my resound hearing aid and we will follow up at a later date. Thanks Lindsay
