Professional: explaining medical terms simply and not feeling rushed, I even had Dr Swong's Nurse Practitioner (Katherine) called me at home to inquire about how they could help me. Who does that? Not many.

I felt that my visit with Doctor Swong went very well. I was searching for answers to my questions that he was able to provide. He also explained what type of testing that I would need so he could further look into my injury and for my recovery I would recommend him to other patients.

This is my second spine doctor at NWM and I liked my previous doctor a lot and when he left I was worried I wouldn’t find another great doctor - thankfully Dr. Swong is also excellent. He listens and I feel like he really cares about my health. Thank you so much, Dr. Swong
