First time meeting her and she was very personable friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease right away.

I have had a lot of doctors in my life. There are very competent ones, but they are very cold or impatient. There are others who are very caring, but lacking knowledge. Dr. Kelli Heinrich has both : she is a very competent medical provide and very caring. This combination is not very rare.

I am so pleased to have found Dr. Henrich as my new doctor after my previous one moved. I felt that she really took the time to learn my health history and made suggestions based on my long term health goals. She is very thorough, emphatic and supportive.

Dr. Heinrich was GREAT. She spent a full hour getting to know me and my medical history. She listened carefully and attentively, and recommended follow-up testing that I was comfortable with. I'm grateful to have found her as my new PCP.

I met Doc Heinrich for the first time. She was standing in for Dr. Alt, my internist. She was thorough and made a number of observations I hadn't considered before. She's apparentl new to the NMH practice. She's a keeper.

Dr. Heinrich demonstrated a keen ability to analyze a complex of interrelated symptoms that have plagued me for several years. (Also she took the time to review some of my medical tests prior to my visit.) It remains to be seen if her first 'treatment suggestions' will be efficacious, but I have the impression she is problem oriented and is a person who adjusts to new information.

Dr. Heinrich was very thorough in explaining my plan of care to me. She was patient in listening to my concerns and addressed all of my medical needs. I'm impressed with how in-depth she assessed my health, and she was genuinely concerned about my cumulative health, including both mental and physical components. I am very pleased with the care I received.

I was so impressed that Dr. Heinrich had throughly studied my chart before I even met her for the first time, and she really listened well to me before offering clear recommendations. That alone counts for most of my positive impression, but what meant the most to me was that she knew what to specifically look for and test for (and what to not be concerned about) in vegans. I feel like she is a doctor I could count on to provide the very best care for me for many years to come
