This was my 1st visit with Dr. HEINRICH. I had a previous long term primary Dr. Dr. Heinrich was thorough and very kind. I did not feel rushed during my visit. She made this change easier than I could have hoped for.

Dr. Heinrich was recommended by outgoing Dr. Petrungaro. Dr. Heinrich meets every expectation that I have for a physician. She is a true professional and takes the time to get to know her patient. Good empathetic care. She asked a lot of questions and listened to understand what I was feeling, and believed and validated what I told her. She explained each course of action and her reasoning for it in a clear, easy to understand way, while also asking for my input. She was willing to offer help and find solutions for financial limitations. Excellent patient experience.
