She is not professional seeing patient like me. She showed inpatient because I was late for the appointment and I don’t speak English. It took a while for a translator to get on the phone. She didn’t ask what current medicine I was taking. She didn’t read the report from my last visit with Adina Hatter on 12/12/2022. Adina said the test on A1C and bilirubin would be repeated in my next visit. But Dr. Kirby didn’t order those tests. She kept saying I was normal.

I have seen this doctor once before. She thought I had too many issues for her to deal with. When I told her about my health problem she did not what to do according to her. She was rude. She told me I needed to come back . I had too many issues. It was uncomfortable and I was so confused. I will be changing doctor's. She just walk out the room and left me standing there.
