Unfortunately my doctor was rude during this visit, she undermined my knowledge of my own body, for example, asking questions such as, “what do you know about intestinal health? You don’t know anything about that”…. She doesn’t know what I do….this is unprofessional to speak to clients like this. She also said at one point, “you’ve scheduled a 20 minute appointment of which we’re halfway through…” which just made me feel like now I am wasting her time. Mind you I waited for her for a little but didn’t mind one bit. I respect her time and I would hope she respects mine. I didn’t feel heard. It Kindof sucked if I’m being honest. I want to give her another chance. Maybe I caught her on a bad day. It was rude though…

I have been Dr. Kirby's patient since 2009 and will miss her when she leaves this yr. I have never had to wait to see her or get a response to my questions. She's always been very responsive and thorough and I hope my next primary care doctor will be just like her.
