She is empathetic and listens well. If she sees something very/extremely concerning she might put the wheels in motion to have it addressed by other Northwestern Medicine departments that same day, as she did with me last year.

This was supposed to be an annual check up but from the time I saw Dr. Kirby to when I had my blood drawn, approximately 20 minutes had elapsed. Maybe I'm not requesting the correct reason for my visit but it just seems more attention should have been paid to me and my requests. I've had better experiences in the past.
