Th She was very thorough she listen very well and she followed up on questions that were asked. I think she asked me 4 to 5 times during our appointment if I had any other questions and then she paused and waited for an answer while looking at me.

She seemed approachable and friendly. But it was my first time meeting her so I don’t really have a sense of who she is. The same would go for anyone I just met.
