Dr. Zakko has helped me in just a short time I’ve been seeing her she is setting a plan out for me to get better and I never had a doctor that cared that much.

Very personable, thorough. A lot of Drs try to rush you out of the room, Dr Zakko wanted to make sure all concerns were covered.

Dr. Zakko is very personable and approachable. She takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. She is also very thorough and makes sure to rule out any problem so that I stay in great health.

She is fabulous. She shows you the computer screen during the visit to confirm what tests/labs she is ordering as well as to make sure you are following. She allows time for any questions and is extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly.

My experience with NM and Dr Zakko has been disappointing and frustrating. Dr Zakko explained to me today that she has 1800 patients and unable to follow up.

It is easy to give a score of excellence because that is what I feel. The care is exceptional. I wish all patients have the relationship and caring teams I have. I have expressed empathy to those who I have a conversation when they tell me about the negative experiences with their doctors. I feel blessed and fortunate. I believe it also depends on the respect one expresses to one's medical professional. The medical profession has been assaulted unfairly for the past few years. It is a hard demanding and exhausting profession. One would really love it to be in it. I feel strongly, the medical professionals do not receive the respect and recognition they deserve. They deserve a high score for caring and integrity.
