Jean is wonderful. She really takes the time to listen, ease fears and makes you feel like you are her only patient.

Jean Ramos is great and seems to be very caring/empathic as a provider. However she has not able to answer all of my questions due to not being a doctor, particularly when it comes to addressing my specific concerns listed above.

Felt really taken care of and listened to. My care team discussed all the options with me and were knowledgeable and understanding. The procedure was done carefully and I was constantly checked to see if I was okay. Thank you!

She was efficient in her work but made sure to tell me all of the details and assuage any worries I might have about the process. As well, she answered many questioned I had regarding her professional and had an over very happy disposition. She is wonderful
