NP Jean Ramos was very nice and explained everything well! Her confidence put me at ease and I liked that she notified you of the procedure step by step. The heating pad was also a nice touch!

No one likes a pap / pelvic exam but I’ve never had anyone make me as comfortable as Jean did. Her communication is phenomenal and I really appreciated how comforting she was. Also very knowledgeable, she patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. Jean went above and beyond to identify and help me fix a scheduling issue with my 20-week appointment. I left feeling at ease and grateful for her care.

I feel that Dr Jean Ramos really listens to my concerns and I feel confident with her recommendations and/or suggestions. I feel she really takes the time during the appointment and it’s not rushed.

Yes, I would, but primarily for Gynecologic care, Family Plannig, contraception and well women exams, not so much for OB care. I highly recommend practice consider scheduling antepartum visits only with the Physicians (attending Physicians) since they are the ones that will be present at the time of delivery and we will have better opportunity to meet and greet them all.

Jean is phenomenal. She takes the time to hear all of your concerns and to explain every step of the medical procedure you are undergoing. She has great bedside manner and truly cares about you as a person not just as a patient.

She made me feel really really comfortable in a nervous situation. Getting an IUD put in is inherently pretty scary but she described what was happening the entire time. She was super professional and it was quick and relatively easy
