Jean was so compassionate and professional during a very emotional time for me. I feel like she really understood what I was going through emotionally and physically. Jean is an expert and made my [procedure] as quick and painless as possible. The heating pad was an excellent plus! I highly recommend her care.

Jean Ramos has provided incredible care to me throughout my entire pregnancy. I experienced a close loss during my pregnancy (my sister had a stillbirth), and she understood my mental and emotional struggles -- just as much as my physical. She advocated for my induction. She always listened, supported and took time for me. She is a true rockstar -- both knowledgeable and empathetic. I can't recommend her enough.

I had seen her before for my last pregnancy. Even though she's not part of the Pod I was assigned to this time, her care was phenomenal. She was very informative and the pap smear I did was the least painful one I've ever had.
