Ms. Souter was able to recalibrate my hearing aids to match my most recent hearing test. As a result, I am able to hear perfectly in both ears. She did an outstanding job!

She listened, she was patient and wanted to find a solution to improve my hearing. She did work on an old hearing aid and took the time to program it correctly and hellp me learn to position it and adjust on my own. She also said to contact her on MyChart with any questions or to make another appt if ideas were necessary. We need to clone doctor's like her not [ ] and [ ].

Jackie is the best! I always come w a list of questions which she patiently answers. I truly feel that she really cares about my getting the best outcome from the hearing aides. Couldn’t ask for a better audiologist.
