Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Phan is direct and caring at the same time. I am overweight right now, but we talked about ways to manage it and she encouraged me to do my health screenings (mammo, colonoscopy). I appreciate her honesty about what I need to do for my health, but is also supportive and encouraging that I can do it.
