My husband and I have been long time patients of Dr. Phan's. She is very thorough and a great listener. Regardless of how busy she is, she spends as much time as needed when seeing her in person and/or via telemed. Her bedside manner comes across warm and friendly and at the same time highly professional. Frankly, coming to the Downtown Northwestern Campus is a hassle, and if it weren't for our relationship with Dr. Phan, we would probably go to a more convenient location.

I have been Dr. Mai Phan's patient for about 20 years. She has great bedside manors and very professional. She's very knowledgeable of all of your visits with your other doctors and their evaluation of your office visits with them. Dr. Mai Phan is very concern about your health. I love her compassion that she has for patients.
