I've known Dr Phan for over 20 years. She has ALWAYS been extremely thorough and professional. She's extremely knowledgeable. Her bedside manners is phenomenal. She really cares about her patients and explains everything that she does.

I did not see Dr Phan in person due to Covid, but I appreciated her timely follow up when I first alerted the office that I tested positive. Her phone interview was thorough and took into consideration my existing medical record when prescribing medication for the Covid infection.

She was very behind in her appointments: she made me wait about an hour after my appointment to see me. She didn’t take in consideration what I had to say very much, she rushed our appointment, didn’t let me participate in my care, and ignored some of my issues like if she could decide what issues were more important than the others. She’s not personable, but the opposite. I ended up with a bad taste in my mouth. She ended the appointment without asking me if I had any questions and when I still was not over with my consultation.
