l didn't feel she had any concerns about my particular medical needs. Didn't provide the doctor patient environment. Didn't ask for any of my concerns. When I was telling her about some of my problems she was looking at the and typing on the computer. Didn't ask if I had any problems from last visit. First time I met with her she announced my bad kidneys by asking had one told me my kidneys were shot. I told her no and started to cry. She around from the computer looked at me and continued to type.

Dr. Phan is an amazing doctor, with a bedside manner that is unmatched and highly favorable. My initial visit with with Dr. Phan, left me utterly impressed. Dr. Phan has excellent interpersonal skills, she ask questions to identify crucial information about her patients and take the time to both listen and explain plan of care. I was so impressed, my overall experience with Dr. Phan was excellent. My initial wellness appointment ended with labs, shortly after my appointment ended, I was contacted by Dr. Phan about following up on any tests that were done and communicating those results, and a plan of care. Let’s talk about same day service. My experience was so well, I recommend my mom to Dr. Phan for care.
