She is very professional yet reasonable and does not over practice. Her explanations are logical and therefore the care she recommends makes sense. I did not feel rushed. When I left I felt relieved and thankful for her help. Jennifer, her nurse, is wonderful too. What a great team.

Physician just didn’t seem to listen. She formulated her own assumption regarding my concerns. I had to correct her several times that the reason of the visit to find some answers and not seek any overnight treatment since the problem is reoccurring. After I had to present her the a point that there could be another autoimmune disease could play a potential role, she gave up and ordered the test. It was highly disturbing visit. I am also in healthcare field and I have never seen any physician displaying that kind of behavior ever.

She was so late for the appointment. I have been waiting for this appointment for more than 2 months, for 1 hr waiting time and only 4 min care!!!

Our family have been patients for a long time and she is usually very attentive. This visit she was a bit rude and rushed. We didn’t get our questions answered and we felt like we were a bother to hear. She couldn’t spot to get out of room. It’s a shame as she is a good Dr.

I felt the check was not thorough. I feel like I should have another one. My head was barely glanced at, and other parts of my body (groin area, lower buttocks, toes, feet, under breasts were not looked at.

The doc was rude and could have cared less about my concerns. She was condescending and did not validate my concerns. No skin exam or hair exam was done based on my concerns. The Rx she sent was not covered by insurance. I asked about that and she said she didn't know what insurances paid for what and did nothing to research that I could even get the Rx. The price she gave me without insurance coverage was totally inaccurate. I would not recommend her to anyone. Felt it was a waste of my time and gas to come to the appointment.

She actually addressed my issue by looking into my complaint not just brushing it off as nothing. Other doctors in the past would say it’s normal or it’s no issue. Dr.Janss was the third doctor I saw and was actually able to address it. I would highly recommend her.
