I asked her if she was going to my 'new' dermatologist for the long term since she is the 5th physician (Kenneth Gordon, Sheryl Hoyer, Amir Esphahani, Rachael Oosterbaan) I've had to add/replace to my care team in the past 5 years, which I see as weak administration. Lots of talk and surveys, yet some good doctors with whom we patients build relationships leave NM. Why? Poor retention doesn't reflect well on NM.

She listened to me. A previous doctor in the downtown campus was quite dismissive. She left the practice. This doctor was highly recommended to me and she was great.
