Odd bedside manner, too casual, didn’t listen well, used curse words in casual conversation, dropped an open (clean) needle on my arm prior to a procedure and punctured my skin, didn’t seem interested in my issues and didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously.

Her advice and direction is not cookie-cutter. I'm sure she sees all ages of people, but the advice I get is specifically for me, and my particular situation, and my age. I appreciate it. She's genuine. I think she's excellent.
