He listened carefully to my concerns and motivations and helped me feel able to make an informed decision on what treatment course to choose. During the uncomfortable turbinate coblation procedure selected, he made sure I understood what was happening and what to expect, which greatly lowered my stress. Most importantly, the procedure feels to be highly successful even at this early point after the procedure.
