I feel because Dr. Patel deals with lots of of foot injuries that are more serious than mine he was dismissive of my situation. Not good bed side manner. Kind of cold and too matter of fact. Felt he was not sympathetic to my situation.

She came in prepared, read my chart, and sought to understand. I wish every physician at NW was like this. Many are, but she was by far, the best.
