Her greeting to me when she entered the examining the first time - "Hi, I'm Amy." Very welcoming, down to earth and knows her stuff!

She was very knowledgeable and was very respectful and caring before doing the in office rectal exam. I liked that she stated that she has treated many people with my condition, which is what I was looking for and need. Just wish I had more time to ask some of the other questions I had, but I understand there are time constraints.

Never had a female surgeon, and that is a first. She MUST be great in her field!! Go Girl Power!! She is competent and made me feel confidence, esp before I had my surgery, and now with follow up care, she is the best. I always felt I was in good hands!!

The physician was very attentive to the reasons for the appointment. Had a no nonsense approach to the exam. Explained the procedure to the medical student in attendance and recommended product to aid in alleviating the symptoms.

She educated me during the process. I just was not ready for the procedure. I knew if I did not get it done it would be sometime before I could get another appointment. The pressure was high for me to make a decision.
