He really cares. Explain things so that u understand why you're suffering from this or that. He also ends the conversation on a positive note. He walks you out personally to the schedulor n tells him or her to double book because it's urgent to see you. Double book or triple book it because he needs to see you. He makes u feel very special n that he understands you!
