I received no preparation information for my colonoscopy other than a generic preparing for my outpatient surgery. I even asked the anesthesiologist nurse who called for the pre-visit check-in to send me something and I never received anything. I had to go onto the NMH website and find the information for myself. In MyChart the time for my appointment wasn't even listed. Not a good experience leading up to the day of the visit probably a rating of 5-6. The procedure experience itself was a '10'.
