Dr Coleman is thorough, empathetic, and explains things well. She makes time to answer all my questions and her staff follow up via phone to make sure I am doing ok.

Very clear explanations-excellent presence, I felt that i had her time and also her assistant. I cannotsay more, because I have not yet received treatment. I am still waiting to connect and schedule thise. Memebers of Dr. Coleman's staff are supposed to get in touch with me.

Dr Coleman is very thorough, and she made it easy to understand the treatment process through use of analogies and examples while explaining. Dr Coleman was pleasant and patient with all the questions I threw at her. She did not rush the appointment. She also based treatment on latest data and that made me feel confident with treatment recommendations.

Very thorough. She explains everything well and listens attentively. Makes you feel secure that you’re in good hands. The entire staff is so competent and caring. I’d highly recommend Dr Coleman and the Grayslake Cancer Center.
