I arrived early as directed. I waited for about 20 minutes. Just as I was becoming anxious, my name was called. From that point on I was in calm, competent hands! The nurse explained what was going to happen before she did anything. Her voice was soothing and calm. My imaging took 2 hrs. I was in most capable hands the entire time.

The technicians that performed my PET Scan were super. They made me feel relaxed from the start. I was very nervous but they made everything they did for me during test much more tolerable. I would highly recommend Chesapeake imaging.

I had to wait for insurance approval prior to setting up an appointment the team at Chesapeake imaging was very quick to respond
I called them on Monday and by Wednesday I had approval and a appointment on the same day.
My appointment was on time and all the staff was so helpful and friendly.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived an hour early for my 1:00 pm appointment. However, I wasn't seen until almost 1:25 pm. I was informed of the backup while waiting, however, and did receive apologies.
The administrative and clinical staffs were quite courteous and helpful. The MRI procedure lasted a little more than ten minutes during which the tech guided me through it. She told me what to expect and was most kind: I wanted to hug her afterwards!

My experience was mostly good. My scan was to be at 5 o'clock and they didn't call me be until 5:45 which was stressful but other than than everything was good.

The entire staff that I had interactions with were helpful and professional. The Glen Burnie facility is very clean and efficient. Appointments are readily available and results were sent to my physician within an hour.

Staff was very friendly and I was taken back for my X-rays within a few minutes. X-ray tech was very nice and professional. Very clean facility and have been there many times. Highly recommend.
